Wendy spent three years as head of marketing for the Idyllwild Arts Foundation. As their chief storyteller, she produced dozens of films that showcased the school, faculty and students, including a “Who We Are” video which premiered on American Airlines In-Flight magazine, a video tour of the campus, and a time-lapse which highlights the new campus signage.
Prior to moving to Idyllwild from Los Angeles in 2017, Wendy was a literary manager and producer, shepherding movies into production at the Disney Channel and the Hallmark Channel, including producing the first Christmas movie for the Hallmark Channel, Santa Jr., written by client Marc Hershon and starring Judd Nelson, Lauren Holly and George Wallace. She also partnered with Terence Chang, John Woo and Shannon Lee to develop a screenplay about Bruce Lee's teen years in Hong Kong, developed a story about Sir Ernest Shackleton with Studios USA and film restoration expert Robert A. Harris, and produced an independent film, Dog Gone, with Wild America's Mark Stouffer. Her client, Paul Brown, wrote Camp Rock for the Disney Channel, launching the careers of the Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato.
Wendy also founded a music education charity, the Rock School Scholarship Fund (2010 - 2017) which provided scholarships to kids ages 7 to 17 who wanted to attend any approved rock music program in their community but whose parents could not afford the tuition. The charity worked with 127 music schools in 28 states and provided scholarships to nearly 500 children.
Wendy has a BBA and an MBA in Marketing, and has held executive level marketing positions at Visa International, where she worked on the Olympic Games in Atlanta, and at Universal Studios, where she developed marketing campaigns for film releases, as well as managed sponsor activations across the music, film, concerts, TV and theme park divisions.
She currently lives one hour above Coachella Valley in the town of Idyllwild, with her dog, Daisy.

Fees depend on the scope of the project. For a proposal, I'll complete a creative brief with you and conduct a site visit.
The fee depends on the number of locations, the number of people featured in both speaking and non-speaking roles, the number of days of shooting, music licensing, and the length of the finished film.
